New media operation

Responsible for the daily management of social media platforms such as WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and Video Channel - from content selection, editing and layout to publishing and promotion, so that our thoughts and works can be seen by more people;

Engage sincerely with our followers, increase fan activity, and maintain the brand image;

Use the camera to record daily life and projects, independently complete video shooting and editing, and tell stories with warm words and pictures;

Connect with platform resources, participate in event registration, and strive for more exposure opportunities.

More than 1 year of experience in new media operation, with a successful case of independently responsible for Xiaohongshu or Video Channel (welcome to attach your account or works);

Have a sense of the camera - proficient in using mobile phones, cameras, DJI and other equipment, able to independently complete shooting and editing, and have an aesthetic sense for composition and pictures;

Love life, able to view the world with a positive attitude, and be good at discovering the shining points in daily life.

1年以上新媒体运营经验，有独立负责小红书或视频号的成功案例(欢迎附上你的账号或作品);

Principal Designer

Graduated from an interior design-related major, with a bachelor's degree or above. Have at least five years of relevant experience in the design industry. Prior experience in office and commercial interior design is preferred.

Take the lead in and participate in the entire design process, including preliminary concept integration, scheme deepening, review of construction drawings and implementation, material selection, project site briefing, providing revised drawings and suggestions based on on-site conditions, etc.

Maintain active and effective communication with the client and the construction party to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Possess excellent interior design skills and vision, have a persistent pursuit of interior design, have unique creative ideas and concepts.

Be highly proactive, possess strong learning ability and judgment skills, have an enterprising spirit and dedication.

Have excellent team management and leadership skills.

主创设计师

室内设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，五年以上设计行业相关工作经验，有办公及商业室内设计经验优先考虑;

主持、参与项目设计全程，包含前期概念整合、方案深化、施工图纸方案实现审核、材料选样、项目现场交底、根据现场条件提供变更图纸及建议等工作；

与甲方及施工方保持积极有效沟通、确保项目良好推进；

具备优秀的室内设计能力和视野，对室内设计有执著的追求，有独到的创作思路及理念；

工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和判断能力，有进取精神和事业心；

具备优秀的团队管理和领导能力；

Interior Designer

Graduated from an interior design-related major, with a bachelor's degree or above. Have at least one to three years of relevant experience in the design industry. Candidates with a background from outstanding art schools are preferred.

Have the experience of independently completing projects. Complete interior design plans based on the overall strategy of the project, prepare design drawings and conduct on-site follow-up. Love design, have a clear thinking, and strong ability to express the design graphic effects.

Have good teamwork skills and communication skills, and can cooperate with the team to form a good communication and learning atmosphere.

Have professional responsibility and ambition, good aesthetic ability, artistic cultivation, and personal image and temperament.

Proficient in using relevant design software: Auto CAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, 3Dmax, PS, Microsoft Office, etc.

室内设计师

室内设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，一年至三年以上设计行业相关工作经验，国内外优秀艺术院校背景优先考虑;

具备独立完成项目的经验，根据项目整体策略完成室内设计方案，设计图纸及后期现场跟进，热爱设计，思路清晰，设计图面效果表达能力强，

良好的团队协作能力及沟通技巧，能配合团队形成好的沟通学习氛围；

具备职业责任心、上进心，良好的审美能力、艺术修养、个人形象气质；

熟练运用相关设计软件：Auto CAD、SketchUp、D5、Enscape、3Dmax、PS、Microsoft Office等。

Internship (requiring a full-time internship of at least three months)

Major in architecture or interior design, with a senior year or above

Strong teamwork spirit and ability to handle pressure

Proficient in the following software: Auto CAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, 3Dmax, PS, Microsoft Office, etc.

实习生（需保证三个月以上全职实习期）

建筑/室内相关专业，大三以上
良好的团队协作意识，具有一定抗压能力
熟练操作以下软件：Auto CAD、SketchUp、D5、Enscape、3Dmax、PS、Microsoft Office等。
